At Midnight Departure, each product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your claim.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- Minor variations in color or placement (due to production differences)
